Apple cartomizer IQOS in Luanda: the guide shortlist
Apple in Luanda: 6 units tested over 2 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
A apple cartomizer from the starter options in Angola costs about Kz3.23 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Apple prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz3.23 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 6 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a apple cartomizer really costs in Luanda
Ordering into Luanda usually means waiting 8–15 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested apple in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where apple goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Kz63 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz3.23 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for apple in Angola must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz3.23 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz63 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should apple start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
Why does apple taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the apple blend itself harsh.
