Apple refill pack IQOS in Luanda: the budget shortlist
Apple in Luanda: 21 units tested over 2 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Apple prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz3.15 per 10 ml.
Ordering into Luanda usually means waiting 8–15 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: apple in Luanda works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a apple refill pack really costs in Luanda
Apple refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 21 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested apple in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every apple bottle shipped into Angola.
Where apple goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why apple tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On apple the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz3.15 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz3.15 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz53 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does apple taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the apple blend itself harsh.
