Candy box mod IQOS in Luanda: the online shortlist
Candy in Luanda: 16 units tested over 7 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Where buyers go wrong with candy in Angola
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Angola. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
We run candy the same way in Luanda: same box mod, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: candy in Luanda works if the box mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a candy box mod really costs in Luanda
Candy prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz3.48 per 10 ml.
How we tested candy in a box mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the box mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where candy goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long candy in Luanda survives.
- Treating the advertised Kz58 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz3.48 per 10 ml.
- Mixing candy with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On candy the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz3.48 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
Why does candy taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the candy blend itself harsh.
How long does candy in a box mod last?
In Luanda we measured 7 to 16 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
