Candy RDA IQOS in Luanda: the guide shortlist
Candy in Luanda: 6 units tested over 4 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Delivery, returns and what 8–15 business days really means
Candy RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 6 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Ordering into Luanda usually means waiting 8–15 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long candy tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a candy RDA really costs in Luanda
Candy prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz2.18 per 10 ml.
How we tested candy in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where candy goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long candy in Luanda survives.
- Treating the advertised Kz61 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz2.18 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should candy start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
How long does candy in a RDA last?
In Luanda we measured 4 to 6 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On candy the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz2.18 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
