Candy refill pack IQOS in Luanda: the best shortlist
Candy in Luanda: 24 units tested over 7 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Coil life, liquid cost and the candy habit
If you are looking at candy in Angola, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
A candy refill pack from the best options in Angola costs about Kz2.02 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: candy in Luanda works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a candy refill pack really costs in Luanda
We run candy the same way in Luanda: same refill pack, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested candy in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a candy bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where candy goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised Kz66 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz2.02 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does candy taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the candy blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Angola?
Yes, tracked to 8–15 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How long does candy in a refill pack last?
In Luanda we measured 7 to 24 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
