Candy refill pack IQOS in Luanda: the compare shortlist
Candy in Luanda: 18 units tested over 3 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
How we tested Candy refill pack here
Candy in Luanda reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the compared ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Candy refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 18 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: candy in Luanda works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a candy refill pack really costs in Luanda
We run candy the same way in Luanda: same refill pack, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested candy in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a candy bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
Where candy goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing candy with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Not automatically. On candy the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz2.59 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should candy start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
