Caramel 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Luanda: the wholesale shortlist
Caramel in Luanda: 24 units tested over 3 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Delivery, returns and what 8–15 business days really means
Caramel in Luanda reaches the shelf in 30 ml shortfill formats, and the bulk ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz2.47 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel 30 ml shortfill really costs in Luanda
The honest read on caramel: 24 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested caramel in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised Kz31 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz2.47 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
Packaging for caramel in Angola must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order IQOS online in Angola?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 8–15 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
How much does a 30 ml shortfill cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz2.47 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz31 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
