Caramel cartomizer IQOS in Luanda: the online shortlist
Caramel in Luanda: 22 units tested over 7 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Delivery, returns and what 8–15 business days really means
Most people searching IQOS in Angola are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Caramel in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: caramel in Luanda works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel cartomizer really costs in Luanda
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz1.8 per 10 ml.
How we tested caramel in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Luanda survives.
- Mixing caramel with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should caramel start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
How long does caramel in a cartomizer last?
In Luanda we measured 7 to 22 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On caramel the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz1.8 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
