Caramel e-liquid bundle IQOS in Luanda: the deals shortlist
Caramel in Luanda: 9 units tested over 5 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
What the label on Caramel is allowed to say
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Angola. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Caramel in a e-liquid bundle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the e-liquid bundle you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel e-liquid bundle really costs in Luanda
If you are looking at caramel in Angola, the first question is not strength. It is whether the e-liquid bundle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested caramel in a e-liquid bundle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the e-liquid bundle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a e-liquid bundle arrives sealed but wrong.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a e-liquid bundle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest e-liquid bundle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised Kz40 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz1.89 per 10 ml.

Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the e-liquid bundle units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Angola?
Yes, tracked to 8–15 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How much does a e-liquid bundle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz1.89 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz40 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
