Caramel mesh tank IQOS in Luanda: the best shortlist
Caramel in Luanda: 13 units tested over 6 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Coil life, liquid cost and the caramel habit
We run caramel the same way in Luanda: same mesh tank, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Most people searching IQOS in Angola are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The short version: caramel in Luanda works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel mesh tank really costs in Luanda
Caramel in a mesh tank is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested caramel in a mesh tank
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Coil type inside the mesh tank, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
- Buying the cheapest mesh tank available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
Packaging for caramel in Angola must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Angola?
Yes, tracked to 8–15 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
Can I order IQOS online in Angola?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 8–15 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
