Caramel RDA IQOS in Luanda: the deals shortlist
Caramel in Luanda: 7 units tested over 5 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
What the label on Caramel is allowed to say
Most people searching IQOS in Angola are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Caramel in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel RDA really costs in Luanda
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz1.93 per 10 ml.
How we tested caramel in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
