Home / Caramel RDA IQOS in Luanda: the review shortlist

Coil life, liquid cost and the caramel habit

Ordering into Luanda usually means waiting 8–15 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.

If you are looking at caramel in Angola, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.

Below is the run we did for this search: 20 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.

What a caramel RDA really costs in Luanda

There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Angola. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.

How we tested caramel in a RDA

1. Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
2. Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
3. Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.

• Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
• Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
• Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
• Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.

Where caramel goes wrong

• Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
• Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
• Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Luanda survives.

The rules that apply here

Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.

Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
