If you are looking at caramel in Angola, the first question is not strength. It is whether the sub-ohm kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: caramel in Luanda works if the sub-ohm kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel sub-ohm kit really costs in Luanda
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz2.57 per 10 ml.
How we tested caramel in a sub-ohm kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a sub-ohm kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the sub-ohm kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Kz58 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz2.57 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a sub-ohm kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
- Buying the cheapest sub-ohm kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
