Citrus 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Luanda: the price shortlist
Citrus in Luanda: 11 units tested over 3 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
How we tested Citrus 30 ml shortfill here
Citrus in a 30 ml shortfill is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Most people searching IQOS in Angola are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Below is the run we did for this search: 11 units, 30 ml shortfill, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a citrus 30 ml shortfill really costs in Luanda
Citrus prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz2.92 per 10 ml.
How we tested citrus in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
- Treating the advertised Kz28 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz2.92 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a 30 ml shortfill cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz2.92 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz28 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On citrus the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz2.92 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
Why does citrus taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the citrus blend itself harsh.
