Citrus box mod IQOS in Luanda: the price shortlist
Citrus in Luanda: 11 units tested over 5 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Delivery, returns and what 8–15 business days really means
A citrus box mod from the value options in Angola costs about Kz3.08 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Citrus prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz3.08 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the box mod you buy decides how long citrus tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a citrus box mod really costs in Luanda
We run citrus the same way in Luanda: same box mod, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested citrus in a box mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into Angola.
- Coil type inside the box mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for box mod in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Kz44 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz3.08 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why citrus tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
