Citrus cartomizer IQOS in Luanda: the review shortlist
Citrus in Luanda: 18 units tested over 8 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Coil life, liquid cost and the citrus habit
Citrus prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz2.79 per 10 ml.
Citrus sounds like one product. It is not: a cartomizer running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 18 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a citrus cartomizer really costs in Luanda
Citrus cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 18 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested citrus in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into Angola.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised Kz58 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz2.79 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for citrus in Angola must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
