Citrus pen device IQOS in Luanda: the budget shortlist
Citrus in Luanda: 14 units tested over 5 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
What citrus costs in Luanda
Citrus in Luanda reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
We run citrus the same way in Luanda: same pen device, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 14 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a citrus pen device really costs in Luanda
Citrus pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 14 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested citrus in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing citrus with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
Packaging for citrus in Angola must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions

Yes, tracked to 8–15 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz3.47 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz36 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does citrus in a pen device last?
In Luanda we measured 5 to 14 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
