Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
A citrus RDA from the best options in Angola costs about Kz3.28 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The honest read on citrus: 24 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 24 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a citrus RDA really costs in Luanda
Citrus prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz3.28 per 10 ml.
How we tested citrus in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised Kz55 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz3.28 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long citrus in Luanda survives.
