Coconut refill pack IQOS in Luanda: the review shortlist
Coconut in Luanda: 7 units tested over 3 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
How to tell a good refill pack from a repack
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Angola. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
We run coconut the same way in Luanda: same refill pack, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: coconut in Luanda works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a coconut refill pack really costs in Luanda
We run coconut the same way in Luanda: same refill pack, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested coconut in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every coconut bottle shipped into Angola.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
Where coconut goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why coconut tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for coconut in Angola must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should coconut start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz2.96 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz64 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does coconut in a refill pack last?
In Luanda we measured 3 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
