Cola pen device IQOS in Luanda: the deals shortlist
Cola in Luanda: 10 units tested over 3 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Coil life, liquid cost and the cola habit
Cola prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz2.48 per 10 ml.
We run cola the same way in Luanda: same pen device, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long cola tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cola pen device really costs in Luanda
Cola pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 10 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested cola in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a cola bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cola bottle shipped into Angola.
Where cola goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cola tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does cola taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the cola blend itself harsh.
How long does cola in a pen device last?
In Luanda we measured 3 to 10 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Do you ship tracked orders to Angola?
Yes, tracked to 8–15 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
