Cola RDA IQOS in Luanda: the compare shortlist
Cola in Luanda: 21 units tested over 7 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
What the label on Cola is allowed to say
If you are looking at cola in Angola, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Cola in Luanda reaches the shelf in RDA formats, and the compared ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long cola tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cola RDA really costs in Luanda
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Angola. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested cola in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a cola bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where cola goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cola tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz3.37 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz29 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does cola taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the cola blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should cola start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
