Cola starter kit IQOS in Luanda: the flat shortlist
Cola in Luanda: 14 units tested over 2 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Choosing a starter kit for cola
Cola in a starter kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Cola starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 14 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 14 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a cola starter kit really costs in Luanda
Cola in a starter kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested cola in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a cola bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
Where cola goes wrong
- Mixing cola with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz2.22 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz29 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does cola taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the cola blend itself harsh.
