Cream pen device IQOS in Luanda: the guide shortlist
Cream in Luanda: 24 units tested over 5 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Coil life, liquid cost and the cream habit
We run cream the same way in Luanda: same pen device, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Cream sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 24 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a cream pen device really costs in Luanda
If you are looking at cream in Angola, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested cream in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cream bottle shipped into Angola.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where cream goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Kz43 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz3.43 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cream tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should cream start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz3.43 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz43 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On cream the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz3.43 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
