Cream starter kit IQOS in Luanda: the wholesale shortlist
Cream in Luanda: 16 units tested over 8 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Choosing a starter kit for cream
Ordering into Luanda usually means waiting 8–15 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Cream starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 16 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: cream in Luanda works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cream starter kit really costs in Luanda
Cream prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz3.0 per 10 ml.
How we tested cream in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a cream bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where cream goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long cream in Luanda survives.
- Mixing cream with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
