Cream sub-ohm kit IQOS in Luanda: the deals shortlist
Cream in Luanda: 16 units tested over 5 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Where buyers go wrong with cream in Angola
Cream in a sub-ohm kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Cream sub-ohm kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 16 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 16 units, sub-ohm kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a cream sub-ohm kit really costs in Luanda
A cream sub-ohm kit from the discounted options in Angola costs about Kz3.38 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested cream in a sub-ohm kit
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a cream bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where cream goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long cream in Luanda survives.
- Chasing a discount on a sub-ohm kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

How much does a sub-ohm kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz3.38 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz53 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
