Dessert refill pack IQOS in Luanda: the cheap shortlist
Dessert in Luanda: 21 units tested over 4 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Coil life, liquid cost and the dessert habit
We run dessert the same way in Luanda: same refill pack, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Ordering into Luanda usually means waiting 8–15 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: dessert in Luanda works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a dessert refill pack really costs in Luanda
The honest read on dessert: 21 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested dessert in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a dessert bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long dessert in Luanda survives.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for dessert in Angola must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Angola?
Yes, tracked to 8–15 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On dessert the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz2.91 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
Why does dessert taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the dessert blend itself harsh.
