Dessert refill pack IQOS in Luanda: the flat shortlist
Dessert in Luanda: 11 units tested over 3 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
What the label on Dessert is allowed to say
A dessert refill pack from the flat-rate options in Angola costs about Kz1.92 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Dessert prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz1.92 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long dessert tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a dessert refill pack really costs in Luanda
The honest read on dessert: 11 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested dessert in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every dessert bottle shipped into Angola.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a dessert bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised Kz56 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz1.92 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for dessert in Angola must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How long does dessert in a refill pack last?
In Luanda we measured 3 to 11 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is dessert legal to sell in Angola?
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
Why does dessert taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the dessert blend itself harsh.
