Frozen 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Luanda: the compare shortlist
Frozen in Luanda: 20 units tested over 7 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
If you are looking at frozen in Angola, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 30 ml shortfill you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The honest read on frozen: 20 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: frozen in Luanda works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen 30 ml shortfill really costs in Luanda
Ordering into Luanda usually means waiting 8–15 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested frozen in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into Angola.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for frozen in Angola must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is frozen legal to sell in Angola?
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On frozen the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz2.48 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
