Frozen box mod IQOS in Luanda: the guide shortlist
Frozen in Luanda: 8 units tested over 5 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
What the label on Frozen is allowed to say
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz2.12 per 10 ml.
The honest read on frozen: 8 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 8 units, box mod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a frozen box mod really costs in Luanda
A frozen box mod from the starter options in Angola costs about Kz2.12 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested frozen in a box mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into Angola.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Kz54 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz2.12 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a box mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for frozen in Angola must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should frozen start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a box mod.
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Angola?
Yes, tracked to 8–15 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
