Frozen cartomizer IQOS in Luanda: the order shortlist
Frozen in Luanda: 17 units tested over 2 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Choosing a cartomizer for frozen
Frozen cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 17 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Frozen in Luanda reaches the shelf in cartomizer formats, and the pre-order ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a frozen cartomizer really costs in Luanda
If you are looking at frozen in Angola, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested frozen in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised Kz62 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz1.8 per 10 ml.
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
Packaging for frozen in Angola must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
