Frozen mesh tank IQOS in Luanda: the price shortlist
Frozen in Luanda: 14 units tested over 3 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Choosing a mesh tank for frozen
A frozen mesh tank from the value options in Angola costs about Kz3.6 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
We run frozen the same way in Luanda: same mesh tank, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: frozen in Luanda works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen mesh tank really costs in Luanda
If you are looking at frozen in Angola, the first question is not strength. It is whether the mesh tank you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested frozen in a mesh tank
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a mesh tank arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
