Frozen pen device IQOS in Luanda: the review shortlist
Frozen in Luanda: 10 units tested over 7 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
How to tell a good pen device from a repack
The honest read on frozen: 10 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Frozen in Luanda reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a frozen pen device really costs in Luanda
We run frozen the same way in Luanda: same pen device, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested frozen in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in Luanda survives.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for frozen in Angola must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz3.44 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz53 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
