Frozen RDA IQOS in Luanda: the order shortlist
Frozen in Luanda: 19 units tested over 4 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Choosing a RDA for frozen
Most people searching IQOS in Angola are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The honest read on frozen: 19 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: frozen in Luanda works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen RDA really costs in Luanda
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz1.83 per 10 ml.
How we tested frozen in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into Angola.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
