Frozen RDA IQOS in Luanda: the review shortlist
Frozen in Luanda: 22 units tested over 8 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
What frozen costs in Luanda
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Angola. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Ordering into Luanda usually means waiting 8–15 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: frozen in Luanda works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen RDA really costs in Luanda
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz1.74 per 10 ml.
How we tested frozen in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Kz64 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz1.74 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz1.74 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz64 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On frozen the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz1.74 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
