Frozen RDA IQOS in Luanda: the wholesale shortlist
Frozen in Luanda: 10 units tested over 4 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Coil life, liquid cost and the frozen habit
We run frozen the same way in Luanda: same RDA, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Frozen sounds like one product. It is not: a RDA running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 10 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a frozen RDA really costs in Luanda
Frozen sounds like one product. It is not: a RDA running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested frozen in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into Angola.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Kz43 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz2.12 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for frozen in Angola must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz2.12 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz43 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Do you ship tracked orders to Angola?
Yes, tracked to 8–15 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
