Frozen starter kit IQOS in Luanda: the order shortlist
Frozen in Luanda: 8 units tested over 2 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Ordering IQOS to Luanda: the practical version
Ordering into Luanda usually means waiting 8–15 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Frozen sounds like one product. It is not: a starter kit running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a frozen starter kit really costs in Luanda
A frozen starter kit from the pre-order options in Angola costs about Kz2.03 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested frozen in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into Angola.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised Kz55 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz2.03 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for frozen in Angola must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should frozen start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a starter kit.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On frozen the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz2.03 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
