Graphite pen device IQOS in Luanda: the compare shortlist
Graphite in Luanda: 13 units tested over 8 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
What the label on Graphite is allowed to say
If you are looking at graphite in Angola, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
A graphite pen device from the compared options in Angola costs about Kz1.88 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long graphite tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested graphite in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every graphite bottle shipped into Angola.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised Kz48 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz1.88 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On graphite the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz1.88 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
How long does graphite in a pen device last?
In Luanda we measured 8 to 13 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should graphite start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
