Graphite pen device IQOS in Luanda: the price shortlist
Graphite in Luanda: 21 units tested over 8 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
How to tell a good pen device from a repack
Graphite sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Graphite pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 21 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long graphite tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a graphite pen device really costs in Luanda
We run graphite the same way in Luanda: same pen device, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested graphite in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing graphite with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order IQOS online in Angola?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 8–15 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz2.8 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz36 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does graphite taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the graphite blend itself harsh.
