Guava squonk mod IQOS in Luanda: the review shortlist
Guava in Luanda: 15 units tested over 6 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
How to tell a good squonk mod from a repack
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Angola. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
We run guava the same way in Luanda: same squonk mod, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 15 units, squonk mod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a guava squonk mod really costs in Luanda
The honest read on guava: 15 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested guava in a squonk mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a guava bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where guava goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Kz58 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz3.1 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a squonk mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why guava tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Guava | Decides coil choice more than strength does |
| Format | squonk mod | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |
| Stock checked | 15 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Angola |
| Coil life | ~6 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Angola | 8–15 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | Kz58 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | Kz3.1 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How much does a squonk mod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz3.1 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz58 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Can I order IQOS online in Angola?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 8–15 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
What nicotine strength should guava start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a squonk mod.
