Herbal refill pack IQOS in Luanda: the cheap shortlist
Herbal in Luanda: 12 units tested over 7 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
How to tell a good refill pack from a repack
Herbal refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 12 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
A herbal refill pack from the cheapest options in Angola costs about Kz3.11 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: herbal in Luanda works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a herbal refill pack really costs in Luanda
Herbal prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz3.11 per 10 ml.
How we tested herbal in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every herbal bottle shipped into Angola.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a herbal bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long herbal in Luanda survives.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
Why does herbal taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the herbal blend itself harsh.
How long does herbal in a refill pack last?
In Luanda we measured 7 to 12 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Do you ship tracked orders to Angola?
