The short version: herbal in Luanda works if the sub-ohm kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a herbal sub-ohm kit really costs in Luanda
If you are looking at herbal in Angola, the first question is not strength. It is whether the sub-ohm kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested herbal in a sub-ohm kit
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Coil type inside the sub-ohm kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Kz29 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz2.34 per 10 ml.
- Mixing herbal with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
Packaging for herbal in Angola must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order IQOS online in Angola?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 8–15 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
How much does a sub-ohm kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz2.34 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz29 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does herbal in a sub-ohm kit last?
In Luanda we measured 7 to 11 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
