Iced RDA IQOS in Luanda: the guide shortlist
Iced in Luanda: 22 units tested over 7 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
What the label on Iced is allowed to say
We run iced the same way in Luanda: same RDA, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
A iced RDA from the starter options in Angola costs about Kz2.71 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 22 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a iced RDA really costs in Luanda
If you are looking at iced in Angola, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested iced in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every iced bottle shipped into Angola.
Where iced goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long iced in Luanda survives.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Packaging for iced in Angola must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On iced the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz2.71 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should iced start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.
