Iced refill pack IQOS in Luanda: the flat shortlist
Iced in Luanda: 21 units tested over 9 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Coil life, liquid cost and the iced habit
Iced refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 21 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
A iced refill pack from the flat-rate options in Angola costs about Kz3.06 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long iced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a iced refill pack really costs in Luanda
Iced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz3.06 per 10 ml.
How we tested iced in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every iced bottle shipped into Angola.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
Where iced goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why iced tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should iced start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
How long does iced in a refill pack last?
In Luanda we measured 9 to 21 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Do you ship tracked orders to Angola?
Yes, tracked to 8–15 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
