Iced refill pack IQOS in Luanda: the order shortlist
Iced in Luanda: 17 units tested over 2 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
How we tested Iced refill pack here
Iced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz3.38 per 10 ml.
Iced refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 17 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: iced in Luanda works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a iced refill pack really costs in Luanda
We run iced the same way in Luanda: same refill pack, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested iced in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a iced bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every iced bottle shipped into Angola.
- Stock depth: 17 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where iced goes wrong
- Mixing iced with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
