Iced starter kit IQOS in Luanda: the best shortlist
Iced in Luanda: 23 units tested over 2 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Ordering IQOS to Luanda: the practical version
Iced in a starter kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you are looking at iced in Angola, the first question is not strength. It is whether the starter kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long iced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a iced starter kit really costs in Luanda
Iced starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 23 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested iced in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a iced bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where iced goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Kz36 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz3.5 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for iced in Angola must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

| Entry kit | Kz36 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | Kz3.5 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Not automatically. On iced the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz3.5 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should iced start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a starter kit.
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz3.5 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz36 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
