Licorice 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Luanda: the flat shortlist
Licorice in Luanda: 24 units tested over 4 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
What licorice costs in Luanda
A licorice 30 ml shortfill from the flat-rate options in Angola costs about Kz2.66 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Ordering into Luanda usually means waiting 8–15 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long licorice tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a licorice 30 ml shortfill really costs in Luanda
Licorice in a 30 ml shortfill is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested licorice in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a licorice bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every licorice bottle shipped into Angola.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

What nicotine strength should licorice start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 30 ml shortfill.
How much does a 30 ml shortfill cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz2.66 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz55 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On licorice the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz2.66 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
