Licorice cartomizer IQOS in Luanda: the flat shortlist
Licorice in Luanda: 9 units tested over 9 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Delivery, returns and what 8–15 business days really means
Licorice sounds like one product. It is not: a cartomizer running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Licorice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz2.76 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 9 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a licorice cartomizer really costs in Luanda
A licorice cartomizer from the flat-rate options in Angola costs about Kz2.76 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested licorice in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a licorice bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long licorice in Luanda survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why licorice tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
