Licorice cartomizer IQOS in Luanda: the price shortlist
Licorice in Luanda: 17 units tested over 6 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
What the label on Licorice is allowed to say
Most people searching IQOS in Angola are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Angola. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long licorice tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a licorice cartomizer really costs in Luanda
We run licorice the same way in Luanda: same cartomizer, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested licorice in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 17 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Kz57 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz2.27 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long licorice in Luanda survives.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

| Entry kit | Kz57 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | Kz2.27 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On licorice the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz2.27 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should licorice start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz2.27 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz57 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
