Licorice mesh tank IQOS in Luanda: the compare shortlist
Licorice in Luanda: 24 units tested over 2 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
What licorice costs in Luanda
Licorice sounds like one product. It is not: a mesh tank running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The honest read on licorice: 24 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the mesh tank you buy decides how long licorice tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a licorice mesh tank really costs in Luanda
Licorice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz1.8 per 10 ml.
How we tested licorice in a mesh tank
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Coil type inside the mesh tank, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every licorice bottle shipped into Angola.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised Kz30 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz1.8 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is licorice legal to sell in Angola?
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
How long does licorice in a mesh tank last?
In Luanda we measured 2 to 24 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does licorice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the licorice blend itself harsh.
