Licorice RDA IQOS in Luanda: the cheap shortlist
Licorice in Luanda: 9 units tested over 4 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Delivery, returns and what 8–15 business days really means
Licorice RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Licorice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz2.3 per 10 ml.
The short version: licorice in Luanda works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.

How we tested licorice in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a licorice bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every licorice bottle shipped into Angola.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long licorice in Luanda survives.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
